As Senior Vice President, Colton T. Sudberry has been a Principal/Partner for seven developments - totaling over 1,850,000 sq ft.

He oversees all aspects of site acquisition, governmental entitlements, project proforma, leasing, construction management and marketing, while also having been directly involved in negotiations with anchor tenants such as Lowe's, Target, Wild Oats, Longs Drug, Stater Bros., Office Depot, Borders, Trader Joes, Pier1 and Petco among others.

Colton received a Masters of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California (USC) School of Policy, Planning & Development, in May, 2000. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Colorado in Boulder where he majored in International Business & Marketing.

He was a member of the 1990 Orange Bowl, Big 8, and National Championship Football Team.

Colton's previous real estate experience includes all aspects of the retail leasing process in both the development and redevelopment of a variety of properties at CB Richard Ellis and the Corti-Gilchrist Partnership; including the expansion of the Irvine Spectrum Entertainment Center in Irvine.

He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute, and has a Real Estate Brokers' License-State of California.
