Mr. Todd is responsible for the day-to-day operations and oversight of all legal issues and use of outside counsel.

Additionally, he develops and implements strategies to provide and nurture quality client relations, maximize support to Development, Property Management and Administration, and maintain high employee morale.

Chuck adds tremendous value to Sudberry; bringing a diverse background, and offering more than 35 years of legal and corporate management experience. Most recently, he was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Counsel over Litigation at the Indiana Office of Attorney General where he supervised 60 attorneys and over 23,000 lawsuits.

He is licensed to practice Law in California, Indiana and Oklahoma and he is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers.
