Director Urban Redevelopment

The newest addition to Sudberry Properties is the Urban Redevelopment division which utilizes Estean’s 30 plus years of expertise in the areas of urban, business, acquisition, development, revitalization and redevelopment.

The mission of this division is developing real estate in urban markets that spur jobs, housing, and business opportunities for the communities, utilizing creative funding subsidies such as community reinvestment acts and new market tax credits, financing when possible.

Estean is on the Board of Directors for Impact Urban America and The Pangea Foundation and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
