George Yermanos, CSM
Director of Property Management
Mr. Yermanos oversees the property management department and staff that is responsible for a portfolio exceeding three million square feet of retail and industrial projects in San Diego County. The property management team handles the operations, marketing, risk management, leasing and financial/accounting duties for the portfolio including tenant coordination and construction/project management. The majority of the properties under management were developed are still owned by Sudberry Properties, although the department also manages several properties for third party contracts.
George has more than 20 years of commercial property management and marketing experience and has worked for owners and developers of shopping centers, as well as managing portfolios of projects for third party relationships. He has worked in San Diego for the past twenty years with such firms as the Hahn Company, Hollis & Associates and DDR Oliver McMillan.
He is active in the local International Council of Shopping Centers planning group, as a committee member and former chairperson. He also served a two year term as co-chair for the ICSC Southern California Operations Committee. George holds several certificates from that organization, including a “Certified Shopping Center Manager” designation. He holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from some of the top Universities in the US.
