Mark K. Radelow
Senior Project Manager
Mr. Radelow is primarily responsible for the management of the development of the companies retail projects. He oversees all aspects including governmental entitlements, project proformas, design, and construction management.
Mr. Radelow earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Southern California in 1998. He graduated from USC’s Marshall School of Business Executive MBA Program in May 2008.
He joined the company in 2007, after 4 successful years with McMillin Commercial, a division of The Corky McMillin Companies where he was key in the development of the Liberty Station base redevelopment project. In addition to Liberty Station, Mr. Radelow was involved in the development of over 500,000 square feet of both retail & office projects with a value of over $100 million. Prior to that, Mr. Radelow was a commercial appraiser with the local firm of Lipman Stevens & Carpenter, Inc.
He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, NAIOP, and the Urban Land Institute.
