Marco A. Sessa
Vice President Development

Mr. Sessa is leading the Sudberry team in the entitlement process for the 230-acre Quarry Falls mixed-use development in San Diego, CA. He oversees all aspects of site acquisition, governmental entitlements, project proforma, construction management and marketing.

Marco Sessa earned a Masters of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California (USC) School of Policy, Planning & Development, in May, 2003. He also earned a Masters of Construction Management from the University of Colorado in Boulder in 1997. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Colorado in Boulder where he majored in Civil Engineering.

He joined the company in 2002, after eight successful years in the construction and engineering industry working in all facets of project management on multi-family residential, office, retail, hotel, infrastructure, and environmental remediation projects.

He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Congress of New Urbanism, and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Chair of the Sponsorship Committee for the local Tijuana/San Diego Chapter of ULI. Marco is also a member of the Housing and Land Use Committee of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Urban Council of the San Diego Building Industry Association and Walk San Diego.
