2002 - Present:
Sudberry Properties – Senior Vice President. Principal / Partner in charge of all aspects of the development process for the recently approved Quarry Falls mixed-use community. Quarry Falls will include 4,780 homes, 900,000 square feet of commercial retail and office, public parks, a K-8 public charter school, and a civic center with a heritage museum. The Quarry Falls plan has recently received a “gold” certification in the United States Green Building Council’s LEED-ND program.
1998 - 2002:
Reno Contracting, Inc. Managed the construction operations of 670,000 square feet of build-to-suit office developments with total construction costs of $94 Million for a San Diego general contractor specializing in the construction of high-tech and biotech office buildings. Responsible for all facets of project management from pre-construction estimates through construction scheduling, subcontractor agreements and change orders, material procurement, cost control, quality control and project safety.
1995 - 1998:
Aguirre Engineers, Inc. As a Staff Engineer performed business development, established project budgets, prepared project schedules, reviewed monthly pay requisitions, reviewed weekly QA/QC test reports, and performed site inspections on a wide range of construction, engineering, and environmental remediation projects for a Colorado geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing company.
1994:
Construction supervision for Hampleman Architects, a Colorado custom homebuilder.
