Richard H. Simons
Principal/Partner

As a Principal/Partner in charge of all industrial and office projects, Richard Simons successfully implements all aspects of the development process. He oversees all activities from initial acquisition of a site - through government and city negotiations, financing, construction, and eventual disposition of a project.

Rich has worked with Legacy Partners pursuing acquisition and development opportunities, and managing operations of the South Division. Rich oversaw the operation and management of eight projects throughout the region and Las Vegas at a total square footage of over 2 million square feet. Rich was also involved in over $300,000,000 of acquisitions and development since joining Legacy.

Rich has been a long time acquaintance of Sudberry Properties since 1986 and over a six-year period he helped develop over 750,000 SF of business centers and industrial projects.

Richard graduated from San Diego State University; with a B.A. in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance.
