Sudberry Properties – Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. Having responsibility for the day-to-day operations and oversight of accounting, administration and operation; provides support to acquisitions and development; and manages all legal issues and use of outside counsel.
2001 - 2007:
Indiana Office of Attorney General – Chief Operating Officer and Chief Counsel of Litigation. Responsible for the operations of the Office and overseeing 10 litigation and litigation-related sections consisting of 70 attorneys and over 100 staff handling 23,000 litigation cases; Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, Deputy Prosecutor.
1996 - 2000:
SerVaas, Inc. – Vice President and General Counsel of corporate holding company and Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of subsidiary manufacturing company, responsible for acquisition and disposition of assets, and operating a manufacturing plant with 95 employees in a turn-around and ultimate sale.
1993 - 1995:
Crystal Cathedral Ministries – Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. Responsible for the daily operations of an international ministry having 640 employees and 3,000 volunteers, and 5 international offices, as well as oversight of all legal matters.
1984 - 1993:
Crystal Cathedral Ministries – General Counsel. Responsible for all corporate and legal matters of an international ministry.

Sudberry Properties – General Counsel. Representing development company in 24 retail and industrial projects in 3 states, as well as in corporate and employment matters.
