1992 - Present:
Sudberry Properties – Vice President - Leasing Coordination. Oversees the leasing and financial performance of the privately-held portfolio of shopping centers; reporting directly to the ownership.
Chief Operating Officer (2002-2007). Planned, organized and controlled all the day-to-day management, accounting and administrative activities of the company. Developed and implemented strategies to provide and nurture quality client relations, maximum support to Development and Acquisitions and maintained high employee morale.
Vice President Operations (1995-2002) - Responsible for the operations, accounting, marketing, and leasing for approximately 2 million square feet of shopping center and industrial projects throughout San Diego County. Ownership of these projects includes in-house, institutional pension fund advisors and individuals.
Director of Management Services (1992-1995) – Direct responsibility for all management functions of four community centers, totaling over 500,000 square feet. Business development, partnership reporting, marketing coordination, tenant and community relations.
1985 - 1992:
LTA – Vice President/Principal. A third party property management company specializing in strip and community centers. Responsible for vendors, budgeting, reconciliation, tenant and client relations, tenant improvements, lease administration, leasing, legal, assignments, rollovers, marketing and promotions.
1989 - 1992:
Charter Oak Development – Director of Marketing. Produced corporate brochure, two leasing brochures and ground-breaking for New Mexico projects; planned and coordinated grand opening campaign and events for project in Reno.
1982 - 1985:
The Price Company – Marketing Director/Assistant Manager. On-site management, including complete responsibility for marketing Price Bazaar to the public. Budgets, promotions, media production and buying, tenant and community relations with the support of The Price Family Trust.
