The Marketplace at Santee is a 73,000 square foot neighborhood grocery center located in the heart of the City of Santee on Mission Gorge Boulevard. Santee, located just 15 minutes from the coast, is a fast growing community in the county of San Diego with direct access to the rest of the area via Highway 52. Scheduled to break ground in the Winter of 2007, The Marketplace at Santee will be anchored by a Henry’s Farmers Market. Other notable tenants include Starbucks Coffee, FedEx Kiriko’s, T-Mobile, Sleep Train Mattresses, Cazadores Mexican Food and San Diego National Bank, to name a few. The center's design heralds back to the California mission style and is expertly complimented with Spanish and European influences. The center will feature expansive public areas inviting shoppers to dine in the airy food court area while enjoying the beautifully lit fountain, breathtaking stone hardscape and the inviting fireplace.
