Bird Rock

Inspired by La Jolla's iconic California Mission architectural style, the new Longs Pharmacy open in Bird Rock (at the intersection of La Jolla Blvd and Midway) speaks of the neighborhood's time-honored values and small, Southern California beach town appeal. Intentionally crafted of timeless materials, the rhythm of the façade's deep-set arches, splayed window openings, traditional cornice line, and sloped barrel-tiled roof at the entry provide an incredibly rich, inviting, warm, pedestrian-oriented palette. Bird Rock's Longs Pharmacy sheds any notion of the ephemeral, and promises to be a welcome member of the seaside community for years to come. Construction completed in 2008 and sold to Long's.

Bonita Point Plaza

Bonita Point Plaza is a welcoming community shopping center that offers an accessible and pleasant shopping experience to the surrounding population of Chula Vista. Canyon Hills Marketplace

In May of 2005, Sudberry Properties and Pardee Homes broke ground on Canyon Hills Marketplace, located three miles east of 1-15 on Railroad Canyon and Canyon Hills roads, within the 4,200-home master-planned community of Canyon Hills, just east of Lake Elsinore. Totaling approximately 22 gross acres the site is a premier and friendly neighborhood shopping center of approximately 136,000 square feet. Shoppers and passersby’s alike can enjoy a peaceful food court complete with a softly lit trellis, a relaxing waterfall providing calming background noise and an inviting fireplace. Fenton Marketplace

Fenton Marketplace successfully merges the "Big Box" user concept with that of an Urban Village. The project is walkable and user-friendly and invites people to spend time outdoors. Shoppers can enjoy outside dining while listening to the splash of the fountain or can take a seat next to Mark Twain to finish their Starbucks coffee before heading across to the Public Library. The project's design incorporates 18-ft. stone columns and trellises as part of the building facades. The columns support concert planter bowls 12-ft. in diameter with plantings that are evocative of the vegetation in the San Diego River Valley. The use of stone is intended to pay homage to the site's former use as a quarry.
