Canyon Hills Marketplace

In May of 2005, Sudberry Properties and Pardee Homes broke ground on Canyon Hills Marketplace, located three miles east of 1-15 on Railroad Canyon and Canyon Hills roads, within the 4,200-home master-planned community of Canyon Hills, just east of Lake Elsinore. Totaling approximately 22 gross acres the site is a premier and friendly neighborhood shopping center of approximately 136,000 square feet. Shoppers and passersby’s alike can enjoy a peaceful food court complete with a softly lit trellis, a relaxing waterfall providing calming background noise and an inviting fireplace.
