Sudberry Properties has broken ground on West Park, a luxuriously appointed, resort-style apartment neighborhood located in Civita, the company’s transitfriendly, sustainable urban village in Mission Valley.

The 612-unit West Park neighborhood takes it name from its own half-acre park and three lushly landscaped pool complexes.  Plans include rooftop lounges with TVs, barbecues and fireplaces, a 10,000-square-foot gym, a screening room,  clubhouse with demonstration kitchen and multi-media components, and a halfmile jogging loop.  Conveniences include everything from a business center to dog washing stations.
The master-planned community of Civita brings a mix of cool, sustainable neighborhoods together around a proposed central park with beautifully designed gardens, trails, playgrounds and public spaces.

Situated in the very heart of San Diego, West Park will be located just a few minutes from the city’s most popular destinations, public transportation and freeways.
