Sudberry Development Inc. Developing Ocean View Hills In Otay Mesa.

San Diego-based Sudberry Development Inc., a
recently formed development arm of Sudberry Properties,
along with an affiliate of Morgan Stanley Real
Estate Advisor Inc., is developing Phase III
of Ocean View Hills Corporate Center, a 661,300-square-foot industrial
building project situated on a 36.6-acre campus, located on the western
end of Otay Mesa Road in San Diego.
The site recently was purchased from Pardee Homes for $ 9,118,000,
with CB Richard Ellis representing both the buyer and seller in
the transaction.
Smith Consulting Architects is serving as architect for Phase III of
Ocean View Hills. The project will encompass six one-story tilt-up
concrete buildings ranging in size from 56,900 square feet to 176,800
square feet. Construction is scheduled to begin this month, with
completion scheduled for January 2007.
PDC Engineering is the civil engineer; Prime Structural Engineers,
structural engineer; Ahles Landscape Architecture, Inc., landscape
architect; and Geocon, environmental consultant.
