Cathy Birch Joins Sudberry Properties as Director of Administration.

Catherine Birch has joined Sudberry Properties, Inc. as director of administration, announced President Tom Sudberry, who heads the San Diego-based real estate development and asset management firm.
Birch brings 19 years of real estate marketing and office management experience to the Sudberry team. In her new position, she is responsible for providing administrative and marketing support for the firm's retail, mixed-use, and office projects. Currently the firm is developing Village Walk at EastLake, a 162,000 sq. ft. upscale retail development located in the master-planned community of EastLake in Chula Vista, CA; and Canyon Hills Marketplace, a 135,000 sq. ft. neighborhood shopping center currently under construction in the Canyon Hills community, near Lake Elsinore.
Most recently, Birch served 10 years as a marketing specialist at the San Diego central office of CB Richard Ellis, where she assisted with marketing efforts for the firm's office, industrial, and investment properties. She previously served five years at the firm as administrative manager.
