Estean H. Lenyoun III Joins Sudberry Properties as Director of Urban Redevelopment.

In his new position, he will oversee the development of real estate in urban markets, including mixed-use and infill projects. Additionally, he will oversee public/private partnerships, and work with redevelopment agencies to utilize creative funding subsidies.
A 30-year veteran in urban property development, Lenyoun was the general managing partner and operations officer for Rosey Grier's American Neighborhood Enterprises in San Diego.
