Mark Radelow Joins Sudberry Properties as Senior Project Manager.

Mark K. Radelow has joined Sudberry Properties, Inc, as a senior project manager, announced Tom Sudberry, president of the San Diego-based real estate development and asset management firm.
Radelow brings to Sudberry Properties more than nine years of industry experience. He is responsible for overseeing three Sudberry projects currently under development, as well as assisting the development team to generate new development opportunities.
Prior to joining Sudberry Properties, Radelow was employed for four years with the Corky McMillin Companies as a project manager for retail development. In that position, he was charged with oversight and development of new retail centers in Bakersfield, San Diego, and Visalia, Calif. Before that, he worked for five years as a commercial appraiser and consultant for Lipman Stevens & Thene, Inc.
Radelow attended the University of Southern California International in Los Angeles, where he received his bachelor's of science in business administration with a finance and marketing emphasis. He is currently enrolled in the Executive MBA program at USC's Marshall School of Business and is scheduled to complete the program in 2008.
Radelow is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the International Counsel of Shopping Centers, and the National Association of OffIce & Industrial Properties.
