Sudberry Properties broke ground on a $60 million, 150,000-square-foot professional building on a 5-acre site at Scripps Gateway Court at the southeast corner of Interstate 15 and Scripps Poway Parkway. The six-story facility, which is located within the Miramar Ranch North community planning area, will include new corporate headquarters for MedImpact Healthcare Systems, scheduled to open in April 2010.
