Sudberry Breaks Ground on LEED Building.

Sudberry Properties Inc. has begun construction of a $60 million, 150,000-square-foot professional building in San Diego. The new six-story, build-to-suit facility is on a S-acre site on Scripps Gateway Court at the southeast corner of Interstate 15 and Scripps Poway Parkway, within the Miramar Ranch North community planning area.
The development is part of The Watermark, Sudberry Properties' planned 32-acre campus that will eventually accommodate three Class A office buildings and multiple parking structures.
The entire campus is designed to achieve silver Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.
