Sudberry Properties Announces New President, Series of Promotions to Support Growth in Region.
Driven by Major Projects, Long-term Commitment To High Standards in Design, Development, Maintenance.

SAN DIEGO – Sudberry Properties, Inc, one of the leading commercial developers in Southern California, has made a series of promotions to position it for future long-term growth in the region.
Tom Sudberry, founder of Sudberry Properties will step aside after 30 years as president while maintaining his position as chairman of the board and an active role in the company. Colton Sudberry has been named president and chief financial officer of the family-owned business. His role will include overseeing all aspects of site acquisition, governmental entitlements, project pro forma, leasing, construction management and marketing. Colton has been involved in senior leadership positions at the company for more than 10 years and previously served as senior vice president.
Sudberry Properties also announced a series of internal promotions in creating a new leadership structure to ensure continued quality performance during a new era of growth. Charles Todd, formerly chief operating officer and general counsel, was promoted to secretary, chief operating officer and general counsel. Todd has been with Sudberry for 2 years and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and oversight of all legal issues and use of outside counsel. Marco Sessa, previously vice president, has been promoted to senior vice president of land development/residential and will continue to lead the Sudberry team in the development of Quarry Falls, a 230-acre mixed-use development in San Diego to be built in Mission Valley over the next 15 years.
Additionally, the following promotions were also announced: Richard Simons, Vice President-Office/Industrial; Joe Madden, Vice President/Director of Leasing; Mark Radelow, Vice President/Sr. Project Manager; Christine Evans, Vice President-Leasing Coordination; and George Yermanos, Vice President/Director of Property Management.
