As Director of Marketing, Anne Law is responsible for all aspects of marketing for Sudberry Properties’ portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties and Civita, the company’s 230-acre, transit-oriented master-planned community in Mission Valley. She directs comprehensive marketing programs for the overall community, affiliated homebuilders and Sudberry’s luxury apartment neighborhoods. She is responsible for all corporate branding, advertising, marketing channels, customer outreach and all other marketing aspects. She also provides strategic direction to a variety of consultants. Ms. Law has earned the prestigious CMD (Certified Marketing Director) credential from the International Council of Shopping Centers and has been honored as the Marketing Manager of the Year by the Building Industry Association of San Diego. Her work for Civita has garnered a number of local and national industry honors. Before joining Sudberry Properties in 2011, she was the founder and managing partner of Law Creative, Inc., an award-winning San Diego advertising agency specializing in real estate development projects throughout California. Clients included The Corky McMillin Companies, Brookfield Homes, DR Horton, Cornerstone Communities, Greystone Homes, Lennar Homes, Shea Homes and a variety of small independent building companies. Earlier, Law served as the in-house Advertising Director of The Corky McMillin Companies. She graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with a bachelor’s degree in communications. A licensed California Real Estate Broker, Law is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
