The class A office building is the corporate headquarters for MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc., a San Diego based company and the nation’s largest privately held pharmacy benefit management company.  Architects Hanna Gabriel Wells designed  the building to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. The building’s sustainable features include storm water quality control, water efficient landscaping, construction waste recycling, and the use of sustainable and recyclable building materials.  

Sustainable features also extend to the four-story 658-space parking structure, which includes designated parking areas for fuel efficient vehicles.
