MEDIMPACT II

Construction has begun on the second MedImpact Corporate Headquarters building, a 158,000-square-foot, six-story, office building with an adjacent four-level parking structure. The development team for the $41 million construction project also includes Architects Hanna Gabriel Wells, GroundLevel Landscape Architecture and Swinerton Builders.  Sudberry Properties is operating as the development and  construction manager.  Completion is scheduled for December 2018.

The new building utilizes similar natural stone and was designed to complement MedImpact’s existing office and further enhance the business campus environment. The exterior utilizes similar natural stone and an abundance of glass.

Set on 5.17 acres, MedImpact’s headquarters will include a large outdoor courtyard for casual meetings, social gatherings and exercise.  The outdoor space will be connected to the existing MedImpact outdoor courtyard by a pedestrian bridge.

The 21-acre mixed-use Watermark Towne Center, including Whole Foods, a Marriott Hotel, Home Goods, boutique-style theatre and additional restaurants and shops will commence construction in 2018, completing the 3 phased $400 million development.
