Otay River Business Park is Sudberry’s newest industrial endeavor. Completed in 2021, the project is located on a nearly 50-acre site in the prime Otay Mesa area of Chula Vista. The development consists  of approximately 412,000 square feet of commercial/industrial space and an additional proposed 14,000 square feet of retail including a Super Star Car Wash,  Jamba Juice, Mexican restaurant Birreria Y Menudia Guadalajara, and more to come. Retail tenants provide daily goods and services to the industrial park workforce. Situated just east of the Interstate 5, it offers easy freeway access for commuting employees.

Phase Two of the business park will include four buildings totaling 318,100 square feet.
