SAN DIEGO, June 10, 2016 — AT&T 1 now offers ultra-fast internet speeds up to 1 gigabit per second to more than 1,200 homes and apartments across 8 developments located at Civita, a master planned community.

The Civita communities located in Mission Valley are Altana, Apex, Circa 37, Frame&Focus, Lucent, Origen, Versa and West Park. They include multi and single-family homes,penthouses and eco-friendly apartments and are among the first to receive AT&T GigaPower in the San Diego area.
The Civita community is being developed by Sudberry Properties, an award-winning commercial real estate development and asset management company.

AT&T GigaPower offers internet speeds up to 1Gbps for as low as $70 a month.
AT&T GigaPower customers have access to the latest Wi-Fi technology. They can enjoy our best in-home Wi-Fi experience, faster Wi-Fi speeds, expanded coverage and support for all of their devices.
Residents of the 8 Civita Urban Village properties on the AT&T GigaPower network are eligible for U-verse TV service. They can watch and record up to 6 HD programs at the same time. Residents will also be able to record and store more of their favorite shows – up to 900 hours of SD or 330 hours of HD programming.
Long-range plans for the Civita urban village include a total of 4,780 residential homes and apartments, about 480,000 square feet for a lifestyle retail center and 420,000 square feet for an office/business campus.
