Sudberry Properties Completes Second Phase of Otay River Business Park
CHULA VISTA, Calif. – Sudberry Properties has completed Phase Two at the 50-acre Otay River Business Park. Phase Two consists of two manufacturing and warehouse buildings totaling 205,335 square feet. The mixed-use business park is bordered on the west by Broadway, on the north by Main Street, on the east by Fourth Avenue and on the south by the Otay Valley Regional Park.
Otay River Business Park is the newest industrial development in Chula Vista with state-of-the-art buildings in a central location, adjacent restaurants and services, and beautifully landscaped surroundings.
The buildings offer a 28-foot to 32-foot ceiling clear height, dock-high and grade-level doors, 4,000 amps of 277/480-volt power, and flexible spaces ranging from approximately 25,000 to more than 108,000 square feet.
The 137,500-square-foot Phase One is fully leased to various retailers, manufacturers, and warehouses. Tenants include Starbucks, SuperStar Car Wash, Jamba Juice, Menuderia Guadalajara, Knockaround Sunglasses, Colonna’s Shipyard, Inc., Sunbelt Rentals, Luv Sola wood flowers, Shore Total Office, and Boochcraft hard kombucha.
