Sudberry Properties has completed The Hub at Scripps Ranch, a mixed-use redevelopment project featuring 260 modern luxury apartments, and 10,700 square feet of retail/restaurant space.  The 9.52-acre property is located at the gateway to Scripps Ranch at 9840 Carroll Canyon Rd., just east of Interstate 15.
