Three New Shops Open in The Row at Civita

Sudberry Properties welcomes three new tenants to the first phase of The Row at Civita: HTB Aesthetics, La Clochette French Café & Bakery, and iNailology Spa & Bar. All three are located at 7995 Civita Boulevard, near Friars Road and Russell Park Way in Mission Valley.

When complete, The Row at Civita will consist of approximately 300,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment venues; 75,000 square feet of office space; up to 735 residential units; and a hotel with up to 150 rooms. The mixed-use development will include Jimbo’s, scheduled to open in 2026, as well as restaurants, shops, services and beautifully landscaped plazas.


HBC Aesthetics offers a wide variety of aesthetic treatments and services. Dr. Amanda Holden, MD, serves as medical director and is a double board-certified physician in Emergency Medicine and Medical Aesthetics. The medical spa’s expert team provides personalized and luxurious treatments and skincare that address anti-aging, prevention and acne issues. La Clochette Café & Bakery serves breakfast, brunch and lunch with a California twist. In addition to a wide variety of bread and pastries, La Clochette offers fruit bowls, salads, egg dishes and desserts. The extensive beverage menu includes a multi-roaster coffee program.  The café offers both dine-in and take-out options.


La Clochette owners, French-speaking brother and sister restaurant duo Willy Wu Jye Hwa and Karine Beers, also operate a popular café with the same name on Cass Street in Pacific Beach.


iNailology, the premier nail bar in San Diego, features a beautiful, relaxing spa atmosphere. The luxurious salon offers an extensive array of manicures and pedicures, plus facials, eyelash extensions, and waxing. The first retail business to open in Civita, Southpaw Vet, has been so successful it has significantly expanded its space in the Row at Civita. The full-service veterinary practice for dogs and cats operated by Joshua Yonas, DVM, and Matt Worthey, hospital manager, is adding exam rooms and enlarging the waiting area. The clinic, which features a fully equipped surgical suite, provides a wide range of services, from annual exams and preventative care to advanced surgical procedures and complete dental care.


The Row at Civita also includes Cork & Barrel and Poki Bowl. ​ Pizzo’s Pizzeria & Wine Bar is expected to open in early 2025.
