THE HUB AT SCRIPPS RANCH
The Hub at Scripps Ranch is a proposed mixed-use redevelopment project located in the Scripps Ranch area of San Diego. The 9.52 acre site is planned to include 260 luxury apartments and approximately 11,000 square feet of commercial retail space. The project is within walking distance to the Scripps Ranch Business Center and has been designed to serve the existing businesses and local residents.
