Jerry Sanders Plaque in Civita Park

Sudberry Properties recently honored former San Diego Mayor Jerry Sanders with a commemorative plaque at Civita Park. Tom Sudberry joined Sanders for the unveiling, recognizing his leadership during an important chapter in Civita’s history. Civita’s master plan was approved by the San Diego City Council while Sanders served as mayor, paving the way for the transformation of a former sand and gravel quarry into the award-winning, 230-acre urban village that Civita is today.
