CHULA VISTA, Calif. – Sudberry Properties has completed Phase Two at the 50-acre Otay River Business Park. Phase Two consists of two manufacturing and warehouse buildings totaling 205,335 square feet. The mixed-use business park is bordered on the west by Broadway, on the north by Main Street, on the east by Fourth Avenue and on the south by the Otay Valley Regional Park.

Jimbo’s, a San Diego-based natural food store celebrating its 40th anniversary, has leased 25,000 square feet of space at The Watermark, Sudberry Properties’ 22-acre shopping, dining, hospitality, office and entertainment destination planned for Scripps Ranch.

California Crossings, a two-building industrial/distribution facility in Otay Mesa, has been named the Commercial Development of the Year in San Diego County in CoStar’s 2024 Impact Awards.

The LA Clippers have announced they are bringing their G League team to Frontwave Arena in Oceanside and rebranding it as the San Diego Clippers. Frontwave Arena, a world-class entertainment and sports venue in the heart of El Corazon, is a partnership between San Diego Sockers, Sudberry Properties, and a private ownership group.

Sudberry Properties has completed The Hub at Scripps Ranch, a mixed-use redevelopment project featuring 260 modern luxury apartments, and 10,700 square feet of retail/restaurant space.  The 9.52-acre property is located at the gateway to Scripps Ranch at 9840 Carroll Canyon Rd., just east of Interstate 15.

Sudberry Properties, the master developer of the 230-acre Civita in Mission Valley, announced it has broken ground on the urban village’s fourth apartment neighborhood, The Brynn, with 200 luxury apartments and extensive amenities on 3.3 acres.  The new residential enclave, scheduled to open in 2025, is located at 2525 Via Alta, overlooking the award-winning 14.3-acre Civita Park.

The San Diego Building Industry Association (BIA) recently named The Hub at Scripps Ranch the “Community of the Year – Attached” at the 2023 Icon Awards. The mixed-use project was also a finalist in categories for architectural design, interior merchandising and leasing environment.
