El Corazon

El Corazon is a transformative, 465-acre multi-phase mixed-use community envisioned by the City of Oceanside with the help of Sudberry Properties. In 2011, Sudberry Properties was selected as the lead developer of the commercial portion, including Frontwave Arena, as well as Luma, a 268-unit luxury apartment community recently opened in 2024.
