Located next to the Hampton Inn at Breakwater Town Center, Home2 Suites is an 83-room extended-stay hotel featuring contemporary accommodations and customizable guest room design. Situated on Palm Avenue, the road is part of a Revitalization Plan designed to create a new gateway to Imperial Beach for businesses, housing, bicycling and pedestrians. The plan includes an elevated bike lane that will connect with the Bayshore Bikeway.

Currently in development, Home2 Suites is expected to be completed in 2026.
