Sudberry Properties’ Property Management Team Honored by the SoCal Rental Housing Association
Sudberry Properties’ apartment communities were recently honored at the Mark of Excellence Awards, sponsored by the Southern California Rental Housing Association.
Stephanie Aguilera of Luma at El Corazón achieved First Place in the “Resident Relations Coordinator of the Year” category, and Carlos Martinez of The Hub at Scripps Ranch received Second Place honors in the same category.
Purl, Sudberry Properties’ 434-unit apartment community in Civita, was honored in the “Property of the Year – 301+ Units” category, winning third place.
The company’s property management division oversees more than 2,300 apartments in San Diego County.
