The Hub at Scripps Ranch Honored as Best Mixed-Use Project of the Year

The San Diego Business Journal named The Hub at Scripps Ranch “Best Mixed-Use Project of the Year for 2022 in its annual Commercial Real Estate Awards competition.

Sudberry Properties’ development team included architects MVE+Partners, general contractor Reylenn Construction, civil engineers PLSA (Pasco Laret Suiter & Associates), landscape architects Ground Level, and interior designers Design Tec, Inc.

The mixed-use development includes 260 luxury apartments with resort-style amenities and nearly 11,000 square feet of eateries and services. It is located in San Diego at the gateway to Scripps Ranch on Carroll Canyon Road, just east of I-15.
